Alternative actions include examples such:
Campaigns & Training by LEAs to assist worshippers and Religious Stakeholders to detect threats and potential attacks and devising effective response to attacks e.g.,:
– ACT APP (National Counter Terrorism Security Office- UK).
Joint exercises between LEAs and other stakeholders (incl. municipalities and facility/ site operators)
Threat/Risk Awareness for staff through campaigns, seminars, training workshops by LEAs and First responders to religious staff.
